Shipping policy
USA Shipping Policy:
We strive to ship your order within 7-10 days of order placement excluding weekends and holidays. Greystone Needlepoint orders are shipped with tracking via USPS and UPS, with free standard shipping for orders over $200 only in the USA. We want you to receive your order as soon as possible, but please note once the carrier is in possession of your order, we do not have control over the delivery timetable.
International Shipping Policy:
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.

Sale Shipping:
Due to the canvas being on sale there will be no Greystone's signature wrapping. Greystone wrapping includes: tissue paper and the fiber bundled with a ribbon. If the order is a gift, please let us know in the notes section at checkout, and we will do our very best to accommodate you. Sale items are final sale.
Trunk Show Shipping:
We proudly host trunk shows monthly with 1-2 physical canvases, in stock and ready to ship at the beginning of each show. If your order contains a canvas not physically in stock, but available from the artist, it will ship at the end of the show (*2 weeks later or more). We will keep you notified on any applicable shipping updates for your order.
